  • Certified and maintain registration with Ontario College of Trades Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (313A) Program (or Provincial/Territorial equivalent with Red Seal Endorsement (RSE))
  • Certified and maintain registration as a Gas Technician 2 (G2) as recognized by Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA)
  • Ozone Depletion Prevention certificate
  • Minimum 5 years recent experience in industrial and/or commercial refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating and building automation systems to enable independent exercise of technical skills
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's license and ability to travel between Fanshawe locations
  • Proficiency with computer and mobile technology related to managing work orders, building automation systems and safety procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to organize and prioritize work
