Overview
This role will work within a small Investor Relations team supporting client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordination of client meetings, calls, events and preparation of agenda and meeting materials.
- Handle new account paperwork and assist with required documents and upload into the CRM.
- Assist with website management, create and manage client data dashboards.
- Responsible for reviewing event attendees, mailing support for investor mailing, and annual reports.
- Record meeting minutes for internal meetings and client events.
- Handle daily transaction requests, wire instructions, and client contact information.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with MS Office suite, CRM platforms, and event management systems (a plus).
- Organized and detail oriented; event coordination experience a plus.
