With 18 branches, a strong on-line trading platform and centralised warehousing and distribution facilities, Fane Valley Stores is Northern Ireland's leading supplier of animal health and agricultural products to farmers and the rural community. Our aim is to exceed the expectations of our customers. We are now inviting applications for the following role based at our Head Office in Moira.
The Role: This role will involve working within a busy warehouse, receiving goods inwards, processing orders and picking and loading orders ready for dispatch. Candidates will be required to work at a fast but accurate pace to keep up with strict deadlines.
The Person:
- Have a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy skills;
- Be IT literate;
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a can-do attitude with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Have a full current driving licence valid in the UK;
- Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a warehouse environment and hold a forklift licence. However, this is not essential, as full training will be provided;
- An understanding of Northern Ireland Agriculture would be an advantage.
