The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
Operate automated production machinery in accordance with established procedures; Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations; Monitor the production process and accurately record data within the Foods Connected quality management system to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards; Conduct regular quality checks and closely monitor product output to maintain consistency; Adjust equipment settings as required to ensure products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements.
The Person:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing;
- Ability to operate multiple types of machinery;
- Basic mechanical or technical skills (troubleshooting, minor repairs);
- Understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP);
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Multi-skilled with experience across various production functions;
- A valid forklift licence with practical experience in material handling within a fast-paced production environment.
This role operates on a two-week rotating shift pattern. Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pm; Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
