The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

The role is based in Tandragee and will involve working three days on three days off rotational shift pattern a combination of days and nights with an average of 42 hours per week.

The Role:

  • Operate the oat milling plant efficiently and safely during your shift;
  • Keep the plant clean and organised by following the mill cleaning schedule;
  • Maintain accurate records for quality control, safety checks, and shift reports;
  • Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery to avoid downtime;
  • Ensure continuous product flow and minimal disruption to production;
  • Conduct quality checks and record operational data accurately.

The Person:

  • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude or engineering background;
  • Previous experience as a process controller, plant operator, machine minder, or technician;
  • Excellent record-keeping and administration skills;
  • Effective communication and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Familiarity with SCADA systems or other automated control platforms;
  • A Forklift licence;
  • Food related qualification e.g. HACCP and Food Hygiene.
