As a Product Manager for the Core Apps domain, you will contribute to shaping the systems and capabilities that power FanDuel's customer-facing mobile and web applications. These applications serve millions of users across major sporting events, delivering seamless sports betting experiences to customers.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional product development teams to evolve critical customer facing capabilities and optimise performance of the app. You will collaborate with engineering and product engineering pillars to ensure our apps remain robust, adaptable, and innovative, supporting new product features, market expansions, and evolving regulatory and commercial needs.

This is an impactful role that will benefit from both technical understanding and product management skills — you'll contribute to optimising app performance, building enabling capabilities that allow our product engineering teams to move at speed, and help ensure FanDuel continues to deliver seamless, high-volume betting experiences through our customer-facing applications.

  • Gather insights through analytics, research, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct spikes, usability testing, and A/B tests to de-risk features and refine solutions that enhance app capabilities.
  • Execute appropriate delivery approaches (experiment, MVP, data-driven) to achieve outcomes that enable faster product engineering delivery.
  • Support collaborative workshops (ideation, unpacking, requirements gathering) and help ensure clear action plans for app improvement initiatives.
  • Apply feasibility insights during solution development.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of digital product management experience with demonstrable feature-level delivery and outcomes, preferably with mobile or web application focus.
  • Comfortable working with metrics, analysing data, and recommending improvements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, and cross-team planning sessions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.

A sense of achievement - Our teams own their own software and when that awesome new feature ships to users and the positive feedback starts rolling in, you can feel really proud of what you and your team created.

Personal development - clear and defined career pathways for every role at every level, a supportive manager, loads of learning opportunities and even 10% of your time to dedicate to your learning.

Great financial package - Including salary, bonus, pension, private healthcare, share save scheme, flexible working & holiday policy along with a number of other benefits.
