- Advocate, own and drive predictability through Operational Excellence and transparency through data and KPIs - measuring both platform reliability and developer productivity metrics.
- Ensure effective operational support for all enablement services in conjunction with IT Operations support organization, treating platform downtime with the same urgency as customer-facing issues.
- Liaise with partners and regulatory bodies to establish and follow an effective release process, particularly for mobile app releases and backend service deployments.
- Exhibit best behaviour and exemplify our company principles, fostering a culture of enablement, and collaboration.
- Be responsible for expenditure and ensure you spend money effectively, recognizing areas of savings or waste in tooling, infrastructure, and vendor services.
