You will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support teams through ongoing change.

The role will support Technology, UK, Sports & Flutter Hub populations and align with leaders across various functions.

You will lead a team of HRBPs and drive organizational design, change management, and data-driven decision making
