About the Team Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals in Europe. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect authentically with diverse collector personas across multiple European cultures and languages. Experience developing and managing consumer loyalty or VIP programs is highly desirable. Deep interest in sports and European sports culture (e.g., football, Formula 1, rugby, cricket), with the ability to activate relevant partnerships. Familiarity with sports cards and collectibles is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with influential, high-profile clients. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative and culturally aware approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders across diverse European markets.
