This role oversees operational excellence across our international fulfilment network while ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely order flow across B2B and B2C channels. You’ll manage day‑to‑day warehouse execution, liaise with 3PL partners, monitor order lifecycle health, and support cross‑functional teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage SLA and KPI performance across fulfilment sites—including order turnaround, on‑time dispatch, pick accuracy, and dock‑to‑stock time.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end fulfilment workflows such as inbound receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, returns handling, and outbound carrier management.
  • Serve as the operational liaison for daily yielded 3PL activities: lift issues, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
  • Ensure order foram loaders across OMS, D365, gelir, and related platforms; coordinate with internal teams and 3PL to resolve exceptions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and lift system or operational exceptions (e.g., address issues, stock discrepancies, fulfilment delays accidentally).
  • Partner with inventory and fulfilment teams to maintain stock accuracy through reconciliations, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Prioritise and elevate urgent or complex orders—including promos, high‑priority retail shipments, and VIP clients.
  • Support returns processing through coordination with Customer Service and 3PL teams.
  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance dashboards, order‑flow reports, and operational audits.
  • Identify, recommend, and help implement process improvements across fulfilment, systems usage, accuracy, and speed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in fulfilment, warehouse operations, logistics, or order management—ideally in a multi‑channel B2B/B2C environment.
  • Knowledge of WMS, ERP and fulfilment systems; experience with D365, Shopify, Excel, and collaboration tools like Trello or Slack is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage 3PL relationships or warehouse teams to deliver measurable service improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort handling large volumes of operational and system data.
  • Process‑oriented and data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communicator able to collaborate across fulfilment, supply chain, customer service, commercial, and technical teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus depending on location.

The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post. Subject to applicable laws, Fanatics Collectibles may choose to run a background check.
