Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Marketing Data & Insights Consultant to lead consumer and brand performance measurement across the EMEA region. This role will serve as the central point of contact for brand tracking, consumer research, and data synthesis, helping the marketing and commercial teams make insight-led decisions. This is a full-time role, in the designated office 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of research methodologies and business context. They will manage the EMEA brand tracking program with Kantar, support ad hoc research and eCommerce surveys, and build a clear view of the collectibles consumer ecosystem by sport, franchise, and market.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Tracking & Measurement: Manage Brand Tracking SOW with Kantar: Serve as the day-to-day lead for the EMEA brand tracking program, ensuring Kantar delivers on timelines, scope, and business needs.
- Data Analysis & Synthesis: Review and analyze Kantar’s monthly raw data outputs, distilling findings into concise, actionable insights for marketing and commercial partners. Guide Quarterly Reporting: Partner with Kantar on quarterly deliverables—shaping the analysis, ensuring focus on business priorities, and pushing for meaningful recommendations. Monitor key brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, preference, and brand equity across markets. Drive adoption of brand tracking insights across teams to inform marketing strategy, campaign planning, and business reviews.
- Consumer Insights & Research: Lead and support quantitative and qualitative consumer research across EMEA to uncover collector motivations, category engagement, and purchase behavior. Manage eCommerce insights surveys, collaborating with digital and CRM teams to understand online shopper behavior, conversion drivers, and post-purchase satisfaction. Execute event-level surveys and ad hoc consumer research projects to assess fan engagement and marketing effectiveness. Combine syndicated, primary, and internal data sources to provide a holistic view of consumer attitudes and trends across the collectibles landscape.
- Consumer Ecosystem Analysis: Map and maintain an evolving view of the collector ecosystem — identifying key audience segments by sport, franchise, market, and consumer type. Analyze category engagement, collector habits, and product affinities to help inform marketing and retail activation priorities. Partner with analytics and marketing teams to align audience insights with CRM, social, and media segmentation strategies. Develop frameworks and dashboards that make consumer and franchise-level insights easy to access and use across the organization. Work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Analytics, CRM, and E-commerce to connect consumer and performance data. Ensure insights are presented in clear, executive-ready formats (dashboards, summaries, and presentations) that enable quick, informed decision-making. Partner with Kantar and internal teams to continuously improve methodologies, data quality, and storytelling impact.

- Proven experience running consumer surveys, including eCommerce and event-based research.
- Skilled communicator and presenter with strong attention to detail and ability to influence through data.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets or within a global matrix organization preferred.
