Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to accelerate our wholesale growth. In this role, you will lead strategic account development, build best‐in‐class customer partnerships, and drive commercial performance across key retail channels.

How you will make an impact

  • Shape category strategy and align product focus to market opportunities
  • Deliver and execute sales and margin targets across categories and regions
  • Partner cross‐functionally with brand, retail, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment on commercial objectives
  • Navigate and resolve challenges with strong decision‐making and communication
  • Build strong, senior‐level relationships with key strategic retail partners
  • Provide forward‐thinking insights on market dynamics, competition, and customer trends
  • Lead accurate sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking

What you bring to the team

  • Experience of working in a commercial key account role for an international wholesale company, ideally in the sports or licensed apparel sector.
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of markets, consumers, customers and their commercial needs.
  • Sales experience with track record of delivering KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with others in a lively and demanding sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Awareness of operations and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding analytical and numerical skills.
  • Outgoing, open personality with a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Self‐motivated with an ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Package skills – highly proficient Excel skills required.
  • Proven sales KPI delivery.
