ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager will support the delivery of marketing strategies and activations that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term brand value for the Mitchell & Ness International business. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, this role contributes to commercially focused activity that is tightly aligned and built to deliver impact across EMEA markets. The Marketing Manager will support international marketing activations, contributing to how Mitchell & Ness shows up across the EMEA region, including key moments such as the London and European games and other major events. The role also supports partner relationships, ensuring consistent brand execution across markets.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Strategy and Planning: Support the EMEA commercial marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term brand value for Mitchell & Ness in the region. Contribute regional insights and market knowledge to planning cycles and identify growth opportunities across EMEA. Ensure marketing activity is channel-relevant, commercially focused, and aligned to both EMEA priorities and global brand direction. Track EMEA marketing KPIs, supporting a results-driven, performance-led approach across all activity. Assist with the management of the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring disciplined investment and clear ROI. Operate in a self-directed manner, proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward.
  • Activations & Campaigns: Develop culturally relevant, insight-led campaigns that build brand awareness while delivering commercial impact. Translate consumer, market, and cultural trends into compelling campaign ideas that resonate across EMEA markets. Assist in building scalable campaign toolkits that balance global consistency with local flexibility. Take a hands-on approach to execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered at pace and to a high standard.
  • Regional & Global Collaboration: Act as a key EMEA marketing contributor within the global Mitchell & Ness ecosystem, working alongside US, LATAM, APAC, and Australia teams. Support relationships with EMEA partners and distributors, contributing to alignment and execution excellence. Work effectively with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and finance. Leverage shared resources across the Fanatics International business to deliver high-quality outputs. Champion a “one team” approach, supporting seamless collaboration across regions and functions.
  • Processes & Cross-Functional Integration: Contribute to process improvements that increase speed, efficiency, and effectiveness across EMEA marketing. Work closely with Product, PLM, and Design to align marketing plans with category strategies and seasonal priorities. Support the development of integrated product and marketing campaigns that deliver strong sell-in and sell-out stories. Collaborate with wholesale, eCommerce, and retail teams to deliver insight-led consumer and trade marketing assets. Assist in the development of seasonal sales materials, presentations, and brand assets to support commercial success. Take a hands-on approach to ensure plans are executed effectively.
  • Wholesale & Market Execution: Support the EMEA wholesale marketing strategy, grounded in shopper insight and regional retail dynamics. Contribute to trade marketing across EMEA, delivering impactful communication strategies that support customer objectives. Help build and maintain relationships with key regional retail partners, supporting pre-line and sell-in processes. Work with local market teams to develop and execute relevant marketing plans, providing clear direction and tools. Ensure all EMEA activity aligns with the global Mitchell & Ness and Fanatics brand strategy.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support key EMEA events, activations, and peak trading periods as required. Take on additional responsibilities aligned to the evolving needs of the EMEA business.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Commercially minded marketing professional with experience across international markets, particularly EMEA retail and consumer behaviour.
  • Good understanding of the full marketing mix (brand, digital, PR, creative, trade), with the ability to contribute to integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Experience in marketing planning and go-to-market execution, with exposure to multi-channel product launches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Highly self-motivated and hands-on, with good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results at pace.
