Role Purpose
Plays a critical role in the store and/or venue assisting the Management Team with creating the ultimate game day and shopping experience for our fans by leading the front line selling effort. The Retail Supervisor will drive results through effective communication and team building. This position could be full or part-time depending on the specific needs of the property and will work a rotating schedule including days, nights, and rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of the store.
- To achieve or exceed store financial targets, delivering on retail sales and profit.
- Leading customer engagement by serving and training store team to ensure delivering world-class service.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which your manager or assistant manager asks you to perform.
- Drive sales results by executing the sales/operations plans.
- Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
- Utilize business metrics in decision making, including but not limited to; revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
- Communicate expectations for assignments and projects to employees under your supervision.
- Provide training and assistance to new employees as required.
- Provide feedback to associates based on observed job performance, fan comments and knowledge of the work environment.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience of supervisor level or senior retail assistant or above within a high-street retailer.
- High Fashion background with merchandising experience.
- Experience of delivering customer focused KPI's.
- Understanding of profit & loss.
- A team player.
- Highly committed.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic with positive attitude.
- Organized.
- Hunger for development.
- Deliver to time scales.
