Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an EMEA Breaker Lead who will lead the strategic development, governance, and growth of the Topps Breaker Program across the EMEA region, while directly owning and managing key UK breaker relationships. This is a strategic relationship leadership position responsible for defining the direction, structure, and performance framework of the breaker ecosystem. The successful candidate will build long‑term partnerships with breakers, hobby stores, and streaming partners, ensuring alignment with Topps’ brand positioning, commercial objectives, and go‑to‑market strategy. The role reports to the EMEA regional hobby lead and serves as the regional authority on breaker partnerships, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including Go‑To‑Market, Brand, and Fanatics Live.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategic vision and operating framework for the EMEA Breaker Program.
- Establish clear performance standards, partnership tiers, activation models, and governance processes.
- Develop and track key performance metrics for breaker and streaming partnerships, identifying growth levers and areas for optimization.
