Role Overview
The Retail Supervisor plays a critical role in the store and/or venue, assisting the Management Team with creating the ultimate game day and shopping experience for fans by leading the front-line selling effort.
The Retail Supervisor drives results through effective communication, team building, and execution of sales and operations plans - utilizing business metrics including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT to inform decision making.

- Required Qualifications
- CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
- Proven experience at supervisor level, senior retail assistant, or above within a high-street or comparable retail environment.
- High fashion background with merchandising experience, with a strong eye for presentation and product placement.
- Demonstrated experience delivering against customer-focused KPIs in a fast-paced retail or venue setting.
- Working understanding of profit and loss, with the ability to utilize business metrics to influence decisions on the floor.
