Overview
Support the planning, coordination, and execution tracking of Fanatics Casino’s integrated brand and hero acquisition campaigns. This role ensures campaign documentation, asset organization, and cross-team communication run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the Casino campaign calendar, ensuring updates are accurate and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Help prepare campaign briefs, collating input from cross-functional partners and ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Coordinate with media, creative, and CRM teams to track asset delivery timelines and requirements.
- Support reporting efforts by gathering performance data and summarizing campaign outcomes for internal distribution.
- Document and share campaign learnings, helping to improve future planning and collaboration.
- Maintain organized records of campaign assets, approvals, and project status.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for campaign-related meetings, including agenda creation and note-taking.
- Assist with integration of product launches and FanCash initiatives into broader campaign plans under the guidance of the Director.

Required Skills
- Campaign Coordination & Calendar Management: Proficient in planning, tracking, and managing campaign timelines, with experience maintaining an accessible campaign calendar across stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to consolidate inputs from multiple teams—such as Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, media, creative, and CRM—ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
- Asset Tracking & Project Documentation: Strong organizational skills to manage campaign asset inventories, approval workflows, timelines, and historical documentation of campaign learnings and performance summaries.
- Reporting & Insights Gathering: Experience collecting performance data, synthesizing findings into clear summaries, and communicating outcomes to internal teams for improved future execution.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with brand marketing in regulated sectors (e.g., gaming or iGaming), ensuring compliance within integrated campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) or shared documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Drive, SharePoint).
- Experience supporting omnichannel campaigns—working across digital, social, email/CRM, and product integration touchpoints.
