We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import/Export Coordinator to support our international logistics operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth cross-border shipments and well-managed data across our systems. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics or order management experience who enjoys driving process improvements. This is a full-time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Documentation: Prepare and manage import/export paperwork including commercial invoices, packing lists, and pallet declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements to support accurate and timely delivery.
- Customs Coordination: Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs and internal stakeholders to support smooth cross-border clearance.
- Exception Handling: Monitor and resolve operational issues (e.g., data mismatches, delays, stock discrepancies) with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and support updates that make documentation, systems, and reporting more efficient and accurate.
