The Role
The Head of International Benefits is a strategic, high-impact role within our Global Benefits Team. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits, you\’ll lead the design, governance, and evolution of benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM—ensuring our offerings are locally relevant, globally aligned, and compliant with regional regulations.

What You\’ll Do:
- Strategy & Design: Develop and execute a cohesive international benefits strategy that aligns with Fanatics\’ business goals and adapts to local market needs.
- M&A Integration: Lead due diligence, harmonization, and integration of benefit programs as we grow through mergers and acquisitions.
- Program Oversight: Partner with brokers and regional HR teams to manage renewals, vendor performance, and benefit changes.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all programs meet local legal and regulatory standards.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage global vendor and broker relationships, ensuring service excellence and cost optimization.
- Benchmarking & Insights: Use data and market intelligence to assess competitiveness and guide benefit innovation.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee benefit budgets and financial planning in collaboration with Finance and regional stakeholders.
- Employee Experience: Lead communication and engagement strategies that help employees understand and value their benefits.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and HRBPs to streamline benefit processes, improve automation, and ensure accurate delivery.
