Topps is scaling fast across Europe and we want fresh, entrepreneurial talent to accelerate our online growth. You might be a recent graduate or an eCommerce executive with 12-24 months’ hands-on trading exposure; what matters is your drive, curiosity and willingness to own results. This is a full-time role in the designated office, 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Launch topps.com on strategically identified marketplaces across EMEA; manage day-to-day storefronts including pricing, listings, and stock checks.
- Coordinate stock allocations and listing optimization with internal teams (operations, product, merchandising).
- Develop marketplace strategy (content, promotions, marketing) to maximize sales, brand visibility, and ROI.
- Test new ad formats, keywords and deals; report what moves the needle.
- Direct-to-Consumer (Topps.com): Liaise with operations, merchandising, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely releases from product launches to on-site marketing and content updates.
- Monitor traffic, conversion and bounce-rate dashboards in partnership with eCommerce analyst; suggest quick UX or content tweaks.
- New Customer Development: Identify and onboard new 3P customers, managing the full cycle from contract negotiation to go-live; evaluate potential partners and expand our eCommerce footprint.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics: Track weekly/monthly KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, margin); present updates on marketplace performance, promotional effectiveness, and pipeline opportunities.
- Commercial Innovation & Problem-Solving: Develop innovative strategies to overcome challenges and proactively recommend new product assortments, marketing tactics, or site enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years in eCommerce trading, digital merchandising, growth marketing or a standout internship/grad role with measurable impact.
- Comfortable with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GA4, Excel/Sheets (pivot tables).
- Evidence of hitting a hard KPI (sales, CVR, ROAS, margin) and ability to explain the rationale behind results.
- Clear, concise communicator who can work with creatives one hour and supply-chain teams the next.
- A side-hustle, campus venture or hack-day project showing entrepreneurial spark.
