Overview

Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager. At Fanatics Commerce, we’re a team united by a passion for our fans and a commitment to innovation. This role is responsible for Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering across the Semi-Automated Stakehill Site, overseeing all CI projects and automation initiatives, and driving process improvement through analytical problem solving. The role delivers improvements across core service metrics and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, champion, and execute a long-term continuous improvement roadmap and capex initiatives aligned with operational excellence and business growth objectives.
  • Drive cultural adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across all warehouse functions.
  • Re-engineer end-to-end processes across the operations to reduce costs and improve service levels. Integrate best practices in warehouse design and layout optimisation.
  • Lead cross-departmental CI projects from conception to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable at all levels, enabling informed decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
  • Leverage insights to build compelling business cases for improvement projects, clearly articulating expected ROI, performance impact, and strategic value.

What you bring to the team

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence role within a warehousing, logistics, or D2C fulfilment environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements to core operational KPI\\\’s through Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
  • Structured and thorough in approach to analysing and presenting data, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and stakeholder relevance.
  • Demonstrable experience building business cases and using data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and project prioritisation.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Site Leadership, including Operations, HR, H&S, and Tech/BI teams to align improvement efforts.
