Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst, plays a critical role in enabling smooth and scalable commercial operations across retail, hobby, and data‑driven sales channels in EMEA. This role owns the execution of end‑to‑end order workflows, product and pricing governance, and system/data integrity across key platforms (D365, FC Pro, TM1). Acting as a central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and external partners, the role ensures operational accuracy, timely execution, and alignment across all commercial activities. The position requires a highly organised, detail‑oriented individual who can manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, while maintaining strong data accuracy and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Order Creation & Revenue Execution
- Create, validate, and process sales orders across retail, hobby, and international channels (D365 / FC Pro)
- Manage complex order types including intercompany flows, manual orders, and pre-payment invoicing
- Own order accuracy, including pricing, allocation splits, and customer terms
- Issue order confirmations, dispatch documentation, and outbound communications
- Monitor order lifecycle and proactively flag risks (e.g. payment issues, delays, discrepancies)
- Product, Pricing & Launch Governance
- Own product data accuracy across systems, including item card updates and maintenance (D365)
- Support new product launches, including launch calendar coordination and readiness checks
- Complete NLFs / NTAs and manage retailer and wholesale product setup requirements
- Ensure alignment of pricing, promotions, and commercial inputs across all systems and markets
- Customer, Vendor & Contract Administration
- Maintain Master Customer Register including terms, contracts, and status tracking
- Create and update customer and vendor records (D365)
- Ensure all commercial terms and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Support onboarding of new customers and partners
- Manage ongoing operational queries and customer change requests
- Order Management, Risk & Revenue Control
- Oversee order readiness ahead of key milestones (e.g. Street Dates, launches)
- Monitor payment status, credit risk, and open debt, escalating where required
- Support collection close‑out processes and ensure clean revenue recognition
- Maintain strong control of order data integrity and audit readiness
- Cross‑Functional Delivery & Logistics Coordination
- Act as a central coordination point across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing
- Support inbound and outbound logistics, delivery tracking, and returns management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate transfers to support fulfilment
- Ensure timely and accurate execution across all operational touchpoints
- Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain high data accuracy across D365, FC Pro, TM1, and offline trackers
- Support reporting, data collection and performance tracking
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows, system alignment, and operational efficiency
