Topps is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially focused Business Support to support our dynamic Sales team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and beyond. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, EMEA, this role is central to keeping the sales function running efficiently and delivering best-in-class customer engagement across a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Team Organisation & Executive Support:
- Provide high-level support to the VP of Sales, EMEA, including calendar, inbox, and travel management.
- Manage wider sales team calendars and coordination and align with internal and external stakeholders across international time zones.
- Schedule internal check-ins and customer meetings, ensuring timely agendas and action tracking and customer communication.
- Coordinate logistics for travel, accommodation, and events for the wider EMEA sales team.
- Prepare and reconcile expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organise and support team offsites, regional events, and planning sessions.
- Maintenance of sales drives and virtual sales area.
- Lead on structure, formatting, and visual consistency for all internal and external sales presentations.
- Ensure all decks, commercial materials, and reviews are polished, professional, and on-brand.
- Support creation of sell-in documents, product launch decks, sales reviews, and campaign summaries.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) for asset alignment.
- Liaise with global teams e.g. trade marketing for consistency, regular information sharing and sign off.
- Maintain and update key systems including Salesforce and TM1, ensuring accurate forecasts, account data and customer pricing.
- Support regular sales reporting and business performance tracking.
- Manage sample product send-outs and sales kits for customer meetings.
- Use digital planning tools and trackers to help streamline team organisation.
- Coordinate timely updates to external customers around product changes, commercial releases, or marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate contact records and customer communication lists.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned and up to date.
- Prepare follow-up materials, order forms, and campaign recaps for customer distribution.
- Extremely organised and methodical, with excellent time and project management.

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Concur and Salesforce is desirable.
- Background in a customer-facing, fast-paced commercial or sales environment is advantageous.
