Role Overview
We’re seeking a commercially savvy and detail-driven Buyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with leading sports partners, nurture strong brand relationships, and onboard new, exciting brands to broaden and elevate our fan offering.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers, including pricing, margins, exclusivity, and payment terms.
- Build strong commercial relationships with suppliers, licensees, and brands to support strategic goals.
- Leading the development of supplier and category/department strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
- Analyse sales data to understand consumer buying patterns, forecast trends, and identify new ranging opportunities.
- Collaborate with merchandising to build and execute supplier/category plans.
- Leading the delivery of the ranging strategy, ensuring alignment with consumer demand and brand positioning.
- Respond proactively to shifts in demand and market dynamics.
- Partner with brands to develop cohesive, commercially viable ranges.
- Presenting strategic plans and range proposals to key stakeholders.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, tech, content, and e-commerce teams to support brand launches, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing and developing a buying team, providing clear guidance, support, and coaching.
