We are seeking a Data Analyst II to join our growing data organization in the enterprise reporting team. This data analyst plays a key role in developing and maintaining enterprise reporting frameworks. This role focuses on report creation, data modeling, transformation, and validation while ensuring compliance with internal governance. This developer helps bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics, ensuring that high-quality, reliable data is available for decision‑making. This developer plays a key role in creating executive dashboards and reports that clearly communicate KPIs and strategic insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design dashboards with a long-term mindset, ensuring they are optimized, scalable, and maintainable for evolving business needs.
- Maintain and continuously update dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Enhance and refresh existing BI assets, incorporating new data sources, business logic, and stakeholder feedback to keep reports relevant and actionable.
- Assist in data governance activities, including metadata management and reporting documentation.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models that support reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
- Support data modeling, transformation, and automation to improve reporting efficiency.
- Assist in gathering and refining reporting requirements from finance, compliance, and business teams.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks to maintain reporting integrity.
- Develop processes to streamline data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows.
- Support automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and enhance reporting consistency.
- Investigate and reconcile reporting variances across reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy of KPIs.
- Work with stakeholders to identify root causes of discrepancies and implement fixes in data models or dashboards.
- Generate and maintain reports on key business metrics for governance, financial, and operational performance.
- Effectively communicate findings and insights to product managers, developers, and other stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Data modeling utilizing a tool such as DBT, including managing and optimizing source code control in GitHub, leveraging branching strategies and best practices to ensure efficient collaboration and code quality.
- Experienced with building dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Looker).
- Customer obsessed and experience focused; highly outcome-oriented and data-driven; experienced in working in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Plus for utilizing AI in analytics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive and flexible attitude, a willingness to embrace new initiatives.
- Understanding of sports betting or experience in customer behavior analysis is a significant plus.

Salary Range: £45,600- £72,000 UK pounds per year. The base salary for this role is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience and may vary depending on the successful candidate’s geographic location. Remote employees may also be eligible for a home office setup stipend.
