Role Overview
The Wholesale Lifestyle Lead for EMEA will own and grow our lifestyle focused wholesale business across fashion, premium and culture led retail channels. You will own and lead the strategy of our Lifestyle brands in this channel: Mitchell and Ness, Fanatics, Nike and Champion. You will also manage and lead a team that will represent our brands with the relevant retailers, and be responsible for profitable revenue growth, building long term partnerships and ensuring brand integrity across all lifestyle doors.
How you will make an impact:
- Build sales strategies for our Lifestyle Brands: Mitchell and Ness, Nike, Fanatics and Champion
- Work collaboratively with product and marketing to bring the right products, with the right story to the right retailer
- Own and manage the portfolio of lifestyle and fashion led wholesale accounts
- Identify and onboard new lifestyle wholesale partners where strategically relevant
- Achieve sales targets, margin objectives and distribution goals
- Lead account negotiations – pricing, margin, markdown support
- Drive the GTM process for the above brands - develop seasonal sell in strategies aligned to brand direction and market trends
- Define the segmentation of the brands within the wholesale portfolios
- Utilization of in line product vs exclusives (SMU)
- Build senior level relationships with key buyers and decision makers
- Ensure strong execution of seasonal launches and key trading moments (i.e. NFL Games)
- Support and guide wholesaler sell thru
- Account management – Key account plans, quarterly meetings
What you bring to the team:
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in wholesale sales within Lifestyle, fashion or athleisure
- Proven experience in managing and growing multi million (value) accounts
- Experience influencing product strategy and seasonal assortments
- Strong understanding of Lifestyle retail channels (fashion premium, street/ culture)
- Strong negotiation and relationship – management skills
- Confidence and experience of operating with buying directors/ GMs
- Commercial acumen with strong forecasting and analytical ability
- Experience working with International or multi territory accounts
- Self-starter ability that thrives in fast paced environment
- Relationship driven but commercially astute
- Strong communication and influencer
