Role Overview
Drive Key Account Wholesale business, responsible for setting up first class key account relationships/structures and delivering wholesale growth.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Directing category focus towards market needs
- Delivering & implementing sales & margin targets by category & location
- Working cross functionally across brand, retail, finance & supply chain to align commercial priorities
- Ability to manage/resolve conflict
- Develop strong relationships with management of strategic retail partners
- Provide guidance & forward thinking on markets & competitors
- Sales & account forecasting
- Driving the account sales strategy
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience of working in a commercial key account role for an international wholesale company, ideally in the sports or licensed apparel sector
- Industry knowledge and understanding of markets, consumers, customers and their commercial needs
- Sales experience with track record of delivering KPIs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with others in a lively and demanding sales environment
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
- Awareness of operations and logistics processes
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding analytical and numerical skills
- Outgoing, open personality with a strong desire to learn and develop
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative
- Strong Microsoft Office Package skills - highly proficient Excel skills required
