ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsible for leading and optimising operational processes within B2B, wholesale and retail replenishment operations.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
End-to-end operational ownership across B2B and Retail channels.
Manage 3PL relationships for B2B fulfilment and retail replenishment.
Lead capacity planning and workflow optimisation.
Drive readiness for new B2B partners and retail expansions.
Develop and implement scalable operational processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams.
Own operational budget.
Analyse operational data for improvements.
