We are hiring a Social Affiliate Manager to build and scale a high-performing affiliate network across X/Twitter, TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms prioritising micro-influencers and creator-led content. Your mandate is to turn this network into our owned distribution engine: recruit and activate affiliates, provide content and conversion playbooks, and continuously optimise performance. The primary goal is to increase Active MoonPay users by designing scalable, data-driven systems, owning social affiliates end-to-end, and integrating results across paid media and CRM.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard social affiliates and micro-influencers; negotiate terms, set performance expectations, and scale partnerships into a repeatable media system.
- Take ownership of existing affiliate relationships; deepen engagement with clear playbooks, brand-safe guidelines, and measurable growth targets.
- Develop creator toolkits (hooks, CTAs, content templates, landing pages, UTM/tracking, disclosure/compliance guidance) to enable fast iteration and consistent outcomes.
- Stand up social recognition and tiering frameworks (badging/levels) with quality criteria, performance tiers, and escalation/removal processes to protect brand integrity.
- Support major marketing campaigns with tailored affiliate activation plans; align creator narratives and promotions to product GTM and seasonal moments.
- Work closely with the creative team to ideate and maintain a steady social-first creative testing pipeline informed by creator feedback and social listening.
- Strategise, build, and execute CRM communications via Braze and Pipedrive (Email, Push, in-app), integrating social affiliate promotions and lifecycle triggers.
- Proactively assist with GTM strategy; partner with Product, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to ensure creator-led content drives activation, retention, and incremental revenue.
- Define and monitor KPIs across affiliates, paid social, and CRM (e.g., activation rate, CAC, ROAS, LTV, content velocity); use insights to refine segmentation, offers, creative, and channel mix.
- Establish rapid feedback loops on X/Twitter and other platforms: social listening, trend spotting, creator testing sprints, and systematic iteration of winning formats.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing affiliate programs with a focus on social affiliates and micro-influencers; expertise in tracking, attribution, compensation models, and brand safety.
- 1+ years hands-on with major digital ad channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search) and a track record of driving acquisition and ROI.
- Strong analytical abilities: comfortable with cohort analysis, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and optimising creator/affiliate performance.
- Creative, systems-thinking mindset to build scalable content and conversion playbooks for a distributed media network.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align creators, internal teams, and partners across B2B and B2C contexts.
- Flexibility to adapt to new platforms, formats, and trends in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of sports betting and prediction markets.
