The Senior Director of Collector Relations for Europe will fill a newly created role, reporting to the Global Head of Collector Relations at Fanatics Collectibles. This is a highly influential, relationship-driven position responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth collectors, strategic partners, and organizations across the European region. The role requires a deep understanding of European market dynamics and a passion for providing bespoke experiences to collectors. The successful candidate will lead the development of regional strategies and teams to drive engagement and loyalty among the most valuable customers in the collectibles industry. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain authentic, trusted relationships with high-end collectors and regional partners throughout Europe.
- Encourage participation from high-net-worth individuals in the European collectibles ecosystem while implementing loyalty initiatives that enhance engagement.
- Establish and manage a regional team dedicated to delivering concierge-level service and curated experiences for collectors.
- Partner with sports leagues, teams, and organizations across European markets to create exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
- Monitor market trends to identify and onboard new high-value clients across the region.
- Contribute to the development and regional execution of customer loyalty programs to elevate the overall collector experience.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals in Europe.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect authentically with diverse collector personas across multiple European cultures and languages.
- Experience developing and managing consumer loyalty or VIP programs is highly desirable.
- Deep interest in sports and European sports culture (e.g., football, Formula 1, rugby, cricket), with the ability to activate relevant partnerships.
- Familiarity with sports cards and collectibles is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with influential, high-profile clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative and culturally aware approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders across diverse European markets.
