Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Business & Reporting Analyst to support international (EMEA) teams with data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions. This role partners with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver analytics, dashboards, and reporting that inform commercial and product decisions. This is a technical analytics role focused on building, maintaining, and leveraging data systems to support international business performance. The role is based on-site at our Fanatics Collectibles London office, supporting close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analytical Support (International EMEA)
- Provide analytical support to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams across international markets.
- Conduct product performance analysis at SKU, category, and regional levels.
- Perform customer segmentation and behavioural analysis to inform campaigns and product strategies.
- Lead deep dives into product category performance and identify key trends and opportunities.
- Support exploratory analysis for new initiatives, strategic projects, and finance teams.
- Fulfil ad hoc data requests and custom reporting needs.
- Generate insights using tools such as Amplitude and other analytics platforms.
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards tailored to international business needs.
- Manage and enhance key dashboards, including:
- Retail Tracker
- International Monthly Sales Dashboard
- Product Metadata Dashboard
- OKRs (International/US)
- Customize dashboards to reflect regional differences in product catalogues, SKU structures, and sales channels.
- Implement and maintain business logic, including:
- Mass Retail sales tracking
- B2B vs. DTC filtering purchases
- Market-specific segmentation
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs.
- Continuously improve dashboards based on evolving stakeholder needs.
- Data & Systems Understanding
- Develop strong understanding of:
- Product catalogue structures
- International SKU configurations
- Regional market differences
- Apply appropriate filters and transformations to ensure relevant and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine metrics, definitions, and reporting logic.
- Review related data models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with international stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support alignment on key metrics and reporting standards across regions.

- Topps NOW Subscriptions analytics and reporting.
- International third party sales data dashboard development.
- Marketing (Braze) reporting dashboard.
- International product attribute cleanup and data quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Required
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Familiarity with data structures, segmentation, and filtering logic.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities across regions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with data engineers, modelers.
- Preferred
- Experience working with international or multi-region datasets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
- Experience with customer analytics and behavioural data.
- Basic SQL or data querying experience (e.g., Snowflake).
