About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Global Payroll to support and execute payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. This role requires deep expertise in global payroll processes, with a strong emphasis on France payroll compliance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, ActivPay, and ADPCelergo, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll be the subject matter expert for France payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting — while also collaborating with external vendors for other countries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines hands-on France payroll expertise with a strong understanding of global payroll complexities.
What You’ll Do:
- France Payroll Responsibility: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for France payroll, ensuring full compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of social contributions (URSSAF), income tax (PAS), and statutory benefits. Oversee compliance with France-specific requirements such as paid leave accruals, RTT, 13th month payments, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). Partner with local stakeholders and vendors to stay current on legislative changes impacting payroll. Support audits and ensure proper documentation for all France payroll activities. Partner with HR and Finance to align monthly close, accruals, and reporting.
- Global Payroll Responsibility: Independently manage and process payroll across multiple global entities (EMEA, APAC, Americas), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to support international employee populations and maintain payroll accuracy. Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas; act as the primary point of contact and manage vendor performance and SLA adherence. Validate vendor outputs, ensure data accuracy, and resolve complex global payroll issues. Reconcile global payroll results, validate general ledger (GL) files, and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders. Ensure complete and accurate integration of payroll inputs and outputs between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party payroll platforms (ActivPay, ADP Celergo). Support integration and implementation of payroll systems, enhancements, and process improvements globally. Support all global statutory filings, year-end reporting, and compliance requirements in each jurisdiction. Provide high-quality support to employees and internal stakeholders on payroll matters globally.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of France payroll experience, including full ownership of end-to-end processing and statutory filings.
- Hands-on experience running payroll via Oracle Fusion HCM (essential).
- Global payroll experience (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas) and vendor coordination.
- Strong understanding of France statutory pay schemes.
- Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in French (written and verbal) required.
