As we continue to scale our global platform, the Recruiter, Retail Operations & Headquarters will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across retail stores, retail leadership, and corporate headquarters functions.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role supports two recruiting audiences: retail operations, including store and high-volume hourly hiring as well as full-cycle recruiting for retail leadership roles, and headquarters, including corporate and professional roles. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers, store and operations leaders, and Talent Acquisition teammates to attract, assess, and hire top talent across both areas, delivering an efficient, high-quality recruiting experience across high-volume retail hiring, retail leadership searches, and corporate searches — while also developing and coaching Retail Leaders on hiring processes and best practices to build greater consistency and capability across store-level hiring. The Recruiter, Retail Operations & Headquarters delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, interview teams, and senior recruiters to drive aligned, high-quality hiring outcomes across retail and headquarters functions.

- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve consistency, quality, and overall team performance across both high-volume and corporate search channels.

- Deliver a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience that reflects the Fanatics brand across both retail and headquarters searches.
- Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring teams to keep the process moving and create confidence in the recruiting experience.
- Support inclusive hiring practices that help build diverse pipelines and stronger teams across store operations and corporate functions.
- Partner with store managers and operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, including seasonal and event-driven surges, ensuring fan-facing teams are fully staffed and ready to perform.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Use LinkedIn, ATS tools, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified talent and strengthen pipelines for recurring retail and corporate roles.
- Help improve workflows, scheduling processes, reporting, and communication templates to make recruiting more efficient across both high-volume and professional searches.
- Develop and teach Retail Leaders on hiring processes, interview practices, and tools that build consistent, high-quality hiring capability across store teams.
- Act with curiosity and adaptability as new tools, technologies, and ways of working are introduced across the Talent Acquisition function.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
- Take full accountability for assigned requisitions and key process steps from intake through offer support across both retail operations and headquarters functions.
- Navigate multiple priorities — balancing speed and volume in retail hiring with consultative depth in corporate searches — with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Maintain accurate ATS data, process discipline, and consistent communication across all stakeholders throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience supporting multiple functions or business groups, ideally including both high-volume hourly or retail hiring and corporate or professional recruiting.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, store and operations leaders, and HR partners across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across different hiring audiences and complexity levels.
- Experience applying data, insights, systems, and/or technology to improve recruiting execution and hiring outcomes, including pipeline tracking and ATS management.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, with a commitment to maintaining accurate data and process discipline.
- Comfortable coaching or training hiring managers and retail leaders on recruiting processes, interview best practices, and tools to build store-level hiring capability.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow into more advanced recruiting responsibilities, with the ability to switch comfortably between fast-paced high-volume store hiring and consultative, relationship-driven headquarters searches.
WORK LOCATION
Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Manchester, UK subject to the Company's current hybrid work policy. This role currently requires in-office presence 3 days per week.
