  • Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams): Partner with the Management Team on daily store operations, ensuring seamless coordination across selling, back of house, and customer service functions. Communicate expectations clearly for assignments and projects to all employees under your supervision, ensuring alignment and accountability. Provide onboarding support and ongoing training to new and existing associates, building a high-performing, fan-first team culture. • Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans): Lead customer engagement on the floor, modeling and coaching world-class service standards that create memorable game day and shopping experiences. Train the store team to consistently deliver fan-first interactions that reflect the passion and energy of the Fanatics brand. Use fan feedback and floor observations to continuously raise the bar on service quality and associate performance. Champion a store environment where every fan feels welcomed, valued, and served with enthusiasm.
  • Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit): Utilize business metrics - including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT - to identify opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions on the selling floor. Identify process improvements in stockroom organization and back of house operations to drive efficiency and readiness. Contribute fresh ideas and solutions to support the Management Team in evolving the in-store fan experience. Embrace new tools, technologies, and ways of working that improve store performance and team productivity.
  • Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset): Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational standards are met consistently and with urgency. Drive sales results by executing sales and operations plans with precision, meeting or exceeding store financial targets including retail sales and profit. Maintain stockroom organization and support back of house operations to ensure product availability and a seamless front-of-house experience. Deliver against timelines and commitments with a determined, results-oriented mindset even in high-pressure, game day environments.

This role is expected to apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes; use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance; demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working; and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING: Required Qualifications: Proven experience at supervisor level, senior retail assistant, or above within a high-street or comparable retail environment. High fashion background with merchandising experience, with a strong eye for presentation and product placement. Demonstrated experience delivering against customer-focused KPIs in a fast-paced retail or venue setting. Working understanding of profit and loss, with the ability to utilize business metrics to influence decisions on the floor. Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and motivate a team.
