The Retail Supervisor plays a critical role in the store and/or venue, assisting the Management Team with creating the ultimate game day and shopping experience for fans by leading the front-line selling effort. The Retail Supervisor drives results through effective communication, team building, and execution of sales and operations plans — utilizing business metrics including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT to inform decision making.
Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.
- Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams): Partner with the Management Team on daily store operations, ensuring seamless coordination across selling, back of house, and customer service functions. Communicate expectations clearly for assignments and projects to all employees under your supervision, ensuring alignment and accountability. Provide onboarding support and ongoing training to new and existing associates, building a high-performing, fan-first team culture. Deliver timely, constructive feedback to associates based on observed performance, fan feedback, and knowledge of the work environment.
- Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans): Lead customer engagement on the floor, modeling and coaching world-class service standards that create memorable game day and shopping experiences. Train the store team to consistently deliver fan-first interactions that reflect the passion and energy of the Fanatics brand. Use fan feedback and floor observations to continuously raise the bar on service quality and associate performance. Champion a store environment where every fan feels welcomed, valued, and served with enthusiasm.
- Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit): Utilize business metrics - including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT - to identify opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions on the selling floor. Identify process improvements in stockroom organization and back of house operations to drive efficiency and readiness. Drive sales results by executing sales and operations plans with precision, meeting or exceeding store financial targets including retail sales and profit. Maintain stockroom organization and support back of house operations to ensure product availability and a seamless front-of-house experience. Deliver against timelines and commitments with a determined, results-oriented mindset even in high-pressure, game day environments.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING: Required Qualifications: Proven experience at supervisor level, senior retail assistant, or above within a high-street or comparable retail environment. High fashion background with merchandising experience, with a strong eye for presentation and product placement. Demonstrated experience delivering against customer-focused KPIs in a fast-paced retail or venue setting. Working understanding of profit and loss, with the ability to utilize business metrics to influence decisions on the floor. Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and motivate a team. Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, deliver to timescales, and maintain operational standards. Enthusiastic, positive, and committed team player with a genuine hunger for personal and professional development.
