Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Logistics Associate on a 12 month maternity cover to manage inbound logistics from EU and international vendors into regional hubs, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. The role is focused on hands-on logistics execution, planning, and carrier management, maintaining high operational standards across shipping, documentation, and overall delivery performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day inbound logistics execution from vendors to global hubs (EMEA, US, APAC, LATAM), ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and compliant delivery.
  • Own carrier performance, including KPI tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Plan and coordinate shipments in line with production schedules, partnering with vendors and Production teams to review pack-out timelines and readiness.
  • Ensure accurate booking, documentation, and end-to-end shipment visibility across all inbound flows.
  • Support fulfilment teams with clear inbound timelines, proactively managing risks and delays.
  • Oversee B2B direct shipments (pallet freight) from vendors to customers where required.
  • Investigate and resolve logistics issues and claims (damages, losses, shortages) with carriers and vendors.
  • Ensure correct application of Incoterms and maintain import/export compliance across all shipments.
  • Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, visibility, and consistency across logistics operations.
  • Utilise planning and data tools (e.g. Airtable, Excel) to manage workflows, tracking, and reporting.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 2+ years experience in logistics or supply chain, with hands-on freight execution.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms.
  • Experience managing carriers and coordinating international shipments.
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise shipments in line with production schedules.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using planning tools (e.g. Airtable or similar).
  • Ability to investigate and resolve operational issues, including delays and claims.
  • High attention to detail across documentation and compliance.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with B2B freight (pallet shipments).
  • Exposure to multi-region logistics (EMEA, US, APAC, LATAM).
  • Experience working with vendor-managed inbound flows.
  • Italian language skills.
