Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Manager, EMEA to support and scale physical security operations across our growing European footprint. Based in London, this role will oversee day-to-day corporate and retail security operations, support new site buildouts, manage vendor relationships, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Retail, Business Continuity, and Facilities. This position is ideal for someone with a strong corporate security background who understands both physical security operations and the technology that supports them. The role will support locations across the UK and Europe, including London, Milton Keynes, Manchester, Paris, Munich, Frankfurt, and Milan.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Project Management
    • Manage relationships with guard vendors, security integrators, and external service providers
    • Lead physical security aspects of office and retail buildouts, relocations, and expansions
    • Coordinate project timelines, installation schedules, and operational readiness for new locations
  • Physical Security Operations
    • Manage day-to-day physical security operations across EMEA offices, retail locations, and corporate facilities
    • Support badge access management, deactivations, troubleshooting, and employee security requests
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain and improve security standards across all divisions
    • Respond to and support operational security issues related to access control, cameras, alarms, and other security technologies
  • Investigations & Incident Response
    • Assist with internal investigations in partnership with HR and cross-functional leadership
    • Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
    • Support incident management, emergency response, and business continuity efforts across EMEA
    • Partner with senior leadership during emergency or crisis situations
  • Event & Retail Security Support
    • Support security planning and operational coverage for events, retail activations, and special projects
    • Collaborate with retail store teams and operational leadership to assess and address security needs
  • Security Systems & Technology
    • Oversee physical security systems including CCTV, access control, badge readers, and related infrastructure
    • Work closely with security integrators and vendors across Europe to support installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
    • Partner with IT and project teams on security technology implementation for new offices and retail stores
    • Conduct site walkthroughs with vendors during new buildouts and expansions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems and technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
  • Experience managing vendors, guard contracts, and security-related projects
  • Background supporting corporate offices, retail environments, or multi-site operations preferred
  • Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically distributed region
  • Experience supporting EMEA operations is strongly preferred
  • Law enforcement, military, or public-sector security experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retail security operations and events
  • Familiarity with business continuity and emergency response processes
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of security compliance standards and best practices across Europe

Travel

This role will require travel across the UK and Europe to support offices, retail stores, and operational projects.
