This is a hands-on logistics leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international operations and wants to play a key part in scaling a growing EMEA network. The Logistics Manager will lead day-to-day transport and logistics execution across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on cross-border movements, multi-carrier operations, and time-critical product launches.
Working closely with the Head of Logistics, this role will balance immediate operational problem-solving with building smarter, more scalable logistics processes to support new markets, higher volumes, and increased complexity. You’ll operate at the heart of a growing international supply chain: navigating customs, carriers, 3PLs and tight timelines, while helping shape how logistics evolves as the business continues to expand.
This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.
- Operational Execution: Act as the day-to-day operational lead for EMEA logistics, owning issues, decisions, and escalations, and partnering closely with the Head of Logistics on higher-impact or strategic matters. Run day-to-day transport operations across a multi-carrier portfolio (road, air, express). Plan and execute ad-hoc and exception movements - urgent transfers, inventory rebalancing, last-minute saves.
- Fix, Standardise & Scale: Own operational problem-solving across transport and logistics, from urgent exceptions to systemic issues. Convert reactive fixes into repeatable, scalable processes that support growth. Create clarity and momentum by using data, systems and smart process design.
- Launch & Time-Critical Planning: Drive day-to-day logistics execution for time-critical Hobby product launches collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Plan to tight timelines, make smart trade-offs, and get inventive when plans change. Work closely with fulfilment to ensure stock flows cleanly from inbound to outbound.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in transport, logistics, or operations within international or cross-border networks.
- Strong knowledge of import/export and customs processes.
- Proven experience managing multi-carrier portfolios and working closely with 3PL partners in fast-paced environments.
- Confident using WMS and logistics systems with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive operational decisions and improvements.
You’ve already:
- Navigated carrier failures, customs holds, and missed cut-offs.
- Made informed judgment calls balancing cost, speed, and risk.
- Been trusted to run day-to-day operations independently.
- Demonstrated a strong bias for action in resolving issues and moving quickly.
We’d particularly welcome candidates from:
- Large-scale retail, FMCG, or marketplace environments.
- High-volume eCommerce or omnichannel operations.
- 3PL, carrier, or express logistics businesses.
The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
