ROLE OVERVIEW
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for creating exceptional fan experiences on the sales floor by greeting customers, making personalized product recommendations, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and store presentation. This role serves as a direct brand ambassador, ensuring every fan interaction reflects the values of Fanatics and its Team and League affiliates.
