Role Summary: Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a functional and technical liaison for the business to design and configure business capabilities and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working exceptionally well cross-functionally and with multiple constituents.
  • Deep business process knowledge across finance, supply chain (e.g., inventory management, order management, warehouse management, logistics).
  • Use structured analysis and design techniques to formulate scope and objectives.
  • Develop functional and technical system/configuration specifications.
  • Identify dependencies and transform process flows into business requirements and technical.
  • Conduct gap analyses to document discrepancies between business requirements and system capabilities.
  • Document testing requirements and scripts; oversee testing execution.
  • Partner with the line of business stakeholders to plan and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes, and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.
  • Make recommendations for solutions, or improvements, to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Serve as the Project Manager for technology enhancements and maintain roadmaps for our core technology platforms.
  • For agile delivery projects, define product/project backlogs consisting of Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks.
  • Produce timely and high-quality work product requirements including specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes.
  • The Business Systems Analyst will use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate systems in a business analyst type role supporting finance, accounting, FP&A, supply chain, manufacturing and people teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing new technology platforms.
  • Experience with MS D365 and/or Oracle Fusion is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of OTC and P2P processes and best practices.
  • Experience with International operations is a plus.
  • Experience with M&A Tech Integration is a plus.
  • Prior consulting, transformation or process improvement experience is a plus.
  • Public company experience a plus.
  • Should have CRM and Service Agreements experience.
  • Should have SaaS knowledge and experience installing base Oracle modules.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Information Technology or relevant experience.
