Fanatics is building Fanatics Markets, aiming to be the biggest and best prediction market for Sports and Sports Culture. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and drive the product experience for our prediction markets platform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who leads with data, takes full ownership of their area, and knows how to ship. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, growth, and commercial teams to define what we build, prioritise ruthlessly, and ensure it lands. This role reports into Louis Sutton, our VP of Product, where you’ll be part of a small and high-performing product and design team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for your area, from problem discovery to execution and iteration.
  • Define success for what you ship, and drive the team to achieve that.
  • Work with Design, Data, and Engineering to ensure you’re solving the most important problem in your domain.
  • Articulate strategy, priorities, trade-offs and own your own success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Numerically strong, you know how to use data to make decisions.
  • High ownership mentality, treating problems as yours.
  • Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; able to balance pace with quality.

Nice to Have:

  • AI native, and love using Claude or other preferred tools.
  • Experience in fintech, sports, gaming or other fast-paced consumer-facing digital products.
  • Previous usage of prediction markets, sportsbooks or comparable products.

Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed.
