Our platform brings together verified supporters to rate players, managers and matches, turning genuine fan sentiment into structured insight that powers media, content and conversation across the game. Instead of the loudest voices dominating the narrative, we surface what real supporters actually think - at scale. We launched in partnership with Sky Sports for the 2025/26 Premier League season, and our platform is already home to a fast-growing community of passionate football fans around the world. Backed by recent investment and growing partnerships with major media platforms, we're rapidly scaling our product and community, with well-known voices from football and entertainment already helping shape the conversation. Our ambition is simple: to make fan sentiment the most powerful voice in football and give supporters the platform they've always deserved. We are growing across the UK and Spain and are looking for a creative designer who can help bring the Fanalysis brand and product experience to life across paid media, social media and other digital channels.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic and Video Designer with at least five years of professional experience across graphic design, video editing and digital content production. You will be responsible for creating high-quality static and video content that attracts attention, communicates the Fanalysis proposition clearly and encourages football fans to download and engage with the app. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a brief or idea and turn it into polished creative assets, while also producing multiple variations for different platforms, formats and audiences. You will work closely with the growth, marketing, social media and content teams across the UK and Spain.

What you'll do

  • Create static and video assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and other digital channels
  • Produce short-form video content for paid advertising and organic social media
  • Edit footage from creators, football content and internal productions
  • Turn existing images, app screens and static content into engaging motion assets
  • Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives, football moments and product features
  • Create multiple variations of each concept, including different hooks, formats, messages and calls to action
  • Adapt creative assets for different platforms, placements, markets and languages
  • Design content around live football moments, clubs, competitions and national teams
  • Help develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all Fanalysis channels
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand which creatives are delivering the strongest results
  • Use campaign performance and creative insights to improve future content
  • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Support the development of templates and processes that allow the team to produce content efficiently

About You

You are both creative and commercially minded. You understand that effective content needs to look good, but it also needs to capture attention and encourage people to take action. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where football moments and campaign priorities can change quickly. You enjoy testing new ideas, learning from performance data and continuously improving your work. Most importantly, you understand football supporters and are excited about building content for a product designed around their opinions, knowledge and passion for the game.

Essential experience and skills

  • At least five years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing or digital content production
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience producing short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, branding, motion and visual storytelling
  • Ability to create content in multiple formats, including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9
  • Ability to work independently from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and developing multiple creative iterations
  • Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time

Nice to have

  • Experience producing creative assets for paid social or performance marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of creative testing, including hooks, calls to action and asset variations
  • Experience working with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads or app marketing campaigns
  • Experience creating content for mobile apps, sports brands or consumer technology products
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish
  • A strong interest in football and an understanding of football fan culture in the UK and Spain
  • Experience working with content creators, influencers or user-generated content
  • Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools
