Fanalysis - powered by passion. Founded by Michael McIntyre and Gary Neville and launched in partnership with Sky Sports, Fanalysis is the platform that turns real fan opinion into structured insight. We don't amplify the loudest voices - we surface what supporters actually think, at scale.
We're expanding into the Championship and need a small team to lead the casting and curation of fans across all 24 clubs. You’ll be the person who finds the right supporters - credible, passionate, articulate and representative of their fanbase - and brings them into the Fanalysis platform as verified Fanalysts. This is part talent scout, part community builder and part football obsessive. You’ll work across social media, fan forums, podcasts and supporter groups to identify the right people, manage the outreach and onboarding process, and help shape what the Championship community looks like on the platform.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and approach passionate, knowledgeable fans across all 24 Championship clubs.
- Manage the selection and onboarding process end to end.
- Build relationships with fan communities and supporter groups.
- Work closely with the Fanalysis team to ensure quality and diversity of voices.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of Championship fan culture throughout the season.
About you:
You have a genuine love of football and an instinct for what authentic fan passion looks like. You’re a natural connector - someone who can spot the right person in a crowd and get them excited about something new. You may have a background in casting, talent management, community management, football media or fan engagement, but we care more about instinct and enthusiasm than a specific career path.
