Overview

Content & Campaign Manager (freelance 2/3 days per week) – we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and creative marketer to own the end-to-end execution of content and campaign initiatives across the brand. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role in a fast-moving startup environment, turning strategic direction into high-quality content for a senior B2B audience. You’ll collaborate with the Founders and work alongside the Advisory CMO for strategic input.

You’ll own all content execution across multiple channels, with support from a freelance social media producer for video content production and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Execution & Management: plan and deliver a wide range of content and assets including blogs and long-form articles; website copy (including new sections and updates); new product launch content; sales and marketing decks and collateral; video scripts and light-touch video production support; social content (company and founder-led).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and speaks to a B2B, C-level audience.
  • Use Canva to create or adapt marketing materials when needed; brief and work with a freelance designer on more elaborate assets.
  • Manage the founder’s Substack account, including editing, formatting, and publishing articles.
  • Manage the execution of webinars and demand-generation campaigns as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Use HubSpot to build and activate emails, landing pages, workflows, and campaign assets across systems.
  • Ensure campaign timelines are met and performance is tracked post-launch.
  • Brand Building & Founder-Led Content: work closely with the founders to shape and execute personal brand content for blogs, LinkedIn, and webinars; repurpose founder insights into strong, audience-relevant content for both personal and corporate channels; collaborate with the Advisory CMO to ensure all content supports overall strategy and positioning.
  • Website & CMS Management: manage and update website content using Webflow; coordinate new content sections, landing pages, and campaign-driven updates; maintain consistency in tone, structure, and brand narrative across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content marketing and campaign execution within B2B/startup environments
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, clear content
  • Experience with HubSpot for campaign management, email marketing, and CRM workflows (desirable)
  • Able to work in Canva to support light design work for decks and collateral
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience creating content for senior/C-level audiences
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across a remote team

What We Offer
