Famly is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive expansion, retention, and strategic influence across our top‑tier accounts.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead our most valuable and complex accounts with an executive‑level approach; build deep, multi‑threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Design and deliver long‑term account strategies that drive expansion, retention and strategic alignment.
- Identify and close significant upsell opportunities through deep commercial and consultative work.
- Mentor and enable other Key Account Managers (KAMs), supporting onboarding, peer reviews and skills development.
- Act as a voice of the customer across Product, Sales and CX, helping align internal teams with client needs.
- Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership, ensuring clarity on growth, risks and outcomes.
