Famly is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive expansion, retention, and strategic influence across our top-tier accounts.

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Famly, you will operate at the highest level of strategic account ownership. You will take the lead on our largest and most complex partnerships, as well as mentor and support the development of other KAMs. Solutions-focused and positive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment - skilfully navigating opportunities to accelerate commercial growth and deepen customer love at every turn. What you’ll be doing

  • Lead our most valuable and complex accounts with an executive-level approach. You’ll build deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver long-term account strategies, driving expansion, retention, and strategic alignment.
  • Identify and close significant upsell opportunities through deep commercial and consultative work.
  • Mentor and enable other Key Account Managers (KAMs), supporting onboarding, peer reviews, and skills development.
  • Act as a voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and CX, helping align internal teams with client needs.
  • Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership, ensuring clarity on growth, risks, and outcomes.
