We are seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to provide hands-on personal and lifestyle support to members of the family and senior staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, with regular domestic and international travel required. The role is varied and fast-paced, with a strong focus on travel coordination, personal errands, bookings, and day-to-day lifestyle support rather than traditional clerical administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries.
- Accompany family members on trips when required.
- Arrange restaurants, appointments, events, activities and other personal bookings.
- Carry out personal errands, shopping, collections, deliveries and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Coordinate drivers, transportation and other lifestyle arrangements.
- Liaise with hotels, restaurants, suppliers, concierge services and other external contacts.
- Assist with diary management and changing schedules as required.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve day-to-day issues.
- Provide discreet and professional personal support to the family and senior staff.
- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Previous experience as a PA, Lifestyle Assistant, Concierge, Private Household or Family Office support is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, practical and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing last-minute changes and competing priorities.
- Confident dealing with luxury hotels, restaurants and service providers.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Good knowledge of London and confident navigating independently.
- Comfortable with a hands-on role involving personal errands and practical support.
