What You'll Do

- Deliver VIP‐level concierge and lifestyle management, handling everything from exclusive reservations to high‐touch experiences.

- 3–5+ years of PA experience within a UHNWI environment or private family office.
- Fluency in English and Russian — spoken and written.
- Demonstrated independence and the ability to make decisions in fast‐paced, high‐stakes situations.
- Extensive experience in luxury travel, concierge services, and VIP support.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proactive planning.
- Flexible, proactive, can‐do attitude, capable of managing shifting priorities and multiple tasks at once.
