Role Description We are seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to provide hands-on personal and lifestyle support to members of the family and senior staff.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London , with regular domestic and international travel required .

The role is varied and fast-paced, with a strong focus on travel coordination, personal errands, bookings, and day-to-day lifestyle support rather than traditional clerical administration.

Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries.

Accompany family members on trips when required.

Arrange restaurants, appointments, events, activities and other personal bookings.

Carry out personal errands, shopping, collections, deliveries and other ad-hoc tasks.

Coordinate drivers, transportation and other lifestyle arrangements.

Liaise with hotels, restaurants, suppliers, concierge services and other external contacts.

Assist with diary management and changing schedules as required.

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve day-to-day issues.

Provide discreet and professional personal support to the family and senior staff.

Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

Requirements Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Previous experience as a PA, Lifestyle Assistant, Concierge, Private Household or Family Office support is preferred.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Proactive, practical and highly detail-oriented.

Comfortable managing last-minute changes and competing priorities.

Confident dealing with luxury hotels, restaurants and service providers.

High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.

Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Good knowledge of London and confident navigating independently.

Comfortable with a hands-on role involving personal errands and practical support.
