We are looking for an Operations Manager, with strong problem solving, business acumen and project management skills to join the team and manage end to end various projects (in construction, real estate, design, hospitality, operations, finance etc.) around the globe.
The candidate will be working directly with the general managers of each respective department.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and optimize the company’s operational backbone by designing, implementing, and maintaining workflows in Jira, Confluence, G Suite, and related systems.
- Contribute to people processes: talent acquisition, employee development, performance management.
- Support business processes including design development, construction, and property management.
- Lead projects end-to-end, from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures, including P&L analysis.
Requirements
- STEM degree from a top university.
- Native/Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
- 1–2 years of experience in operations or project management, ideally in fast-paced startups or internship in top management consulting firms / investment banks, alternatively high-growth companies or tech departments of large companies.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Can-do attitude: proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Results-driven and ownership-minded: accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.
