Overview
You must live within the Greater London area. This role is primarily remote, with hours and location requirements as follows: 16–21 hours paid salary of £30 per annum pro rata, working 2pm–5:30pm on a minimum of 3 days per week, with one of those days potentially being a whole day. Some in-person work may be required on one Saturday per month for 2 hours at the Contact Centre in Lambeth, and one day at a new centre in South East London. There is additional supervision work available at £25 per hour for the right candidate, undertaken in the candidate’s own personal time.

Responsibilities
- Schedule supervision of children’s contact with their parents, family, friends and carers.
- Distribute concise, relevant and accurate recording of contact sessions and discussions, prepared by session supervisors, in line with internal policy and procedural guidance.
- Ensure client confidentiality is maintained (in accordance with procedures) at all times.
- Review and accept referrals in line with the referral policy and procedure.
- Schedule and oversee volunteer supervision, organise team meetings, monitor training and organise training needs of volunteers.
- Organise, prioritise and manage workload under your own initiative in a creative and flexible manner.
- Assist at board meetings by taking minutes and undertaking assigned research tasks asked by the board of trustees.
- Function as a member of the team carrying out duties and responsibilities required for the day-to-day running of the service.
- Undertake all other duties/responsibilities (as may reasonably be required) that may arise within the overall job role, including organising and taking minutes of board meetings.
- Answer phone calls dealing with enquiries and taking messages from clients as needed; a good telephone manner is essential.
- Work to a high standard of English language, as the company is a legal company and professional presentation of business correspondence is essential.

You will be expected to use your own computer to work remotely until you pass probation. Thereafter, you will be given a company laptop.
